This apparatus is mainly used for vibration research of highway and railway subgrade, low stress earthquake simulation research, and low stress research in water conservancy, electric power, mining, metallurgy and geology fields. The apparatus can measure dynamic strength of coarse-grained soil, shear modulus and damping ratio.

The operating software platform is Windows 10. The control software is compiled using VC ++ language. The data collected automatically during the test is stored in the Microsoft Access database. The automatic processing system is compiled in accordance with the requirements of SL237-1999 Specification of Soil Test, which is issued by Ministry of Water Resources. The automatic processing system can complete the generation and processing of all test curves, graphics, data tables and results report.
